Where is darkrai and how do you get to him?

Darkrai is on Newmoon island which is right next to Fullmoon island where Creselia (not sure if I spelled it right) is. You need to have a action replay to get Darkrai or if there is a special event going on in Toys R Us or something. If you already have a action replay and want to save time from having to type the long code for Darkrai, I'd suggest using the walkthrough walls code and keep on walking right from Fullmoon island until you get to Newmoon island. But remember, you have to have completed the sinnoh pokedex and have the national pokedex (doesn't have to be complete). Also, I strongly suggest bringing strong Pokemon with you, Darkrai's pretty tough.
