Good Luck indeed. This company is determined not to help the customers no matter what. Only the level you can reach is the supervisor within their call centers and they will not let your call go through at any cost to managerial level. To begin with the regular dishnetwork 888# they refuse to give executive office # instead give out feedback @ dishnetwork.com email and mailing address.

There is no way you are not going to be dealing with low level pin-pushers. Good Luck if you are able to find manager to get your problem resolved.

I am moved to add more information to the above. After actually talking with Victoria Gonzalous (720-514-8555 ext 80557) at the Dish Corporate Office, she began to help me stop service and cancel the remaining contract.....then, all of a sudden her end of the line became very static. i could not understand what she was saying. she was (uninterruptable) so i had to wait until i no longer heard the static. i began telling her i did not hear what she said because of static on her end of the call and she hung up on me. there ya go. what's their song? "We DISH you...." (a merry xmas). by the way, should you stop service, you not only have to pay $15 per month for the remaining months on your contract but also have to pay for the return address sticker ($13.00) plus postage; to return the equipment to a Dish warehouse...i told her the guy who installed the equipment is just down the road, can't i return it there...she said no it has to be returned to a warehouse...Colorado, texas, or somewhere else...but nothing in Kansas. yeah, thought i had learned my lesson on ordering Dish services in the past but did it again anyway...how quickly we forget.
