Look in the owner's manual on pages 124-125 It has a picture highlighting the drain plug in red. It's kind of hard to describe exactly where it is.
The motor oil drain plug is located on the motor oil pan. The Transmission oil drain plug is located on the Transmission oil pan.

There isn't one. You are going to have to drop the pan to one side to drain the fluid.
To change the transmission fluid in a 2001 Volvo V70, start by warming up the engine and then turning it off. Locate the transmission fluid pan and drain plug; remove the drain plug to let the old fluid drain out completely. Replace the drain plug, then remove the transmission fluid dipstick and use a funnel to add the new transmission fluid through the dipstick tube. Finally, start the engine and let it run for a few minutes, checking the fluid level with the dipstick, and add more fluid if necessary.
there is no drain plug on that transmission.you must remove the transmission oil pan and wile your there replace the filter.
My transmission guy informed me that Nissan Pathfinders do not have a drain plug, that they are a self-contained unit. If you are leaking fluid, your seals need to be replaced
Automatic trans drain plug is on left side of pan(for atf). differential oil drain plug is directly below differential. Manual transmission has only one plug(below differential in center of trans)
