Dusknoir is a bit difficult to find. First go to Noir Forest, you will notice the Dusclops lurking around. If they spot you you will be sent back to the entrance so , carefully sneak up behind them and capture them all(Make sure you have no other party pokémon you wish to keep) .Once every one of them are captured Dusknoir will appear. Then its capture time once more. :D
