ok. When you get near the end of the game and have gotten the silverwing, there should be a thing that looks like ENTEI on ur pokegear map. make sure u dont fly to where it is though. You have to walk there or it will move again. Then go into grass, water, etc and ENTEI will appear. HOPE THIS HELPED. xD
