The fist of Guthix is an activity where you try to collect more charges than your opponent, this happens by holding "the stone". When the stone is held you will automatically collect charges. the closer to the center you are when holding "the stone" the faster the charges will collect. The other player will try to kill you to make you stop collecting charges. You may start out in either as the "hunted", or the "hunter". You will switch spots when one of these happens, 1. the hunted is killed; 2. the hunted obtains 5000 charges (which is almost impossible) ; 3. someone quits (forfeits the match). When the round is over, both plyers will be awarded with Fist Of Guthix Tokens, of FOG tokens. These tokens can be used to buy many useful objects.
