On my 94, I6, it was lower right, from the front of the vehicle. There is a wire from the distributor to the sensor. Follow that.

The oil pressure sensor on a 1997 V8 is on the top rear of the engine next to the distributor.
Correct, mine's the same. It seems to be a common problem but at least you can still drive it while you source a replacement. Ebay seems the best bet.

The cam position sensor is in the distributor. on both engines. The crank postion sensor goes through the top left of the bell housing on the 4.0L and the top right on the V8.
