That's probably for the instrument cluster.
Under the instrument panel on the drivers side
On the passenger side front facing the door...insert two fingers into the handle and pull outward. The fuse diagram is located on the inside on the panel.
Below the instrument panel on the drivers side
Most likely cause would be a blown fuse.
The instrument panel fuse block is located on the passenger's side of the instrument panel. In order to access it you will need to open the front passenger door and pull off the cover labeled FUSES.
