it is a misdemeanor if under 1ounce but there are three class's of misdemeanors class 1 is like you have seeds or some kind of weed product and the most common charge is a ticket class 2 is when they catch you with a substantial amount on you and they will take you to juvi if you're under age class 3 is when you on state property like school or court something of that origin and th3y will take you to jail or juvi you're going to get a probation officer for about 6 months unless you corporate and don't fail the drug tests
then you'll probably have about a month of probation. so i recommend don't do it or at least don't get caught never ever take it to school if you get busted it sucks i personally know
