Local music stores can usually help to get different kinds of guitar strings. However, there are some online stores that can help, too. For example Just Strings, Amazon, eBay and Best Buy.
There are many websites and stores that offer strings for bass guitars. The most popular websites for the strings are American Musical Supply, Just Strings and Amazon.
A bass guitar has a longer neck and only four strings while an electric guitar has six strings. For both I would say buy an amp and most likely lessons as well, but if this is a little out of the budget, the amps is not needed and while lessons would help, a simple guitar/bass method book should suffice. An electric guitar is louder and a ''lead'' guitar. A bass,is lower pitch/sound to keep the song balenced. NOTE:if you wear headphones while listing to a song, you'll here the bass.
Yes. The steel bass strings will have a braided nylon core. If in doubt buy a new set of classical guitar strings.
Probably about the same, actually. The technology for bass guitar pickups and electric guitar pickups are very similar, with only slight differences. Still, you're going to sound better on a guitar with a guitar pickup.
I've never heard of anyone washing their guitar strings. You have to go out and buy new strings, and put them in.
You can purchase acoustic guitar strings online from the Musician's Friend and Guitar Center websites. Alternatively, you can also purchase guitar strings online from retailers such as Amazon.
One can buy a Fender bass guitar from the following sources: Music Room, Sounds Live, Dawsons Music, Guitarbitz, Guitar Guitar, Amazon, eBay, Fender, Musician's Friend, Bass Centre.
You don't! When the strings have become worn you throw away the guitar and buy a new one.
no you can buy a pack it come's with the game and everything
Just buy a new guitar, but if you insist....1. buy bass pickups, and make sure they fit.2. buy a new head/neck with a 4 spaced nut, and four tuners.3. buy a new bridge, one with 4 string pass ways.all this for about 150 dollars, which is enough for a bassA:It is impossible. Bass guitars have lower frequencies and the strings are spaced farther apart, thus requiring a larger pickup. The length of neck affects innotation, meaning that a guitar neck would make the bass out of tune. Also, the neck needs to be better supported depending on the number of strings on the new bass. The bridge will need to be replaced as well, along with the nut. The tuner have to different sizes. You're better off just buying a bass guitar.
If you're looking for a brand called "harmony" or "Stella" guitar strings, you're not likely to be able to find them. But if you're looking for some strings that you can use on your harmony Stella guitar, you can use any acoustic guitar strings that you may want to use.
