In Pokemon mystery dungeon (darkness and time,maybe sky as well.)you can find jirachi in marowaks dojo final maze. I think it has 40 or 50 stair ways and on the 23rd floor or somewhere there you would find jirachi. Moltres and suicune are also in there as well so have a good moveset to take on those Pokemon!
