who the hell is Littlehorn? I've got well over 150 hours of Fallout between 2 files and I have multiple friends who play nearly as much as I do. I have never heard of a "Littlehorn" and none of my friends have ever mentioned it.

at level 14 you can get a perk called contract killer get it and you will get a note telling you to go to the scrapyard go.then go south southeast and you will see a office building go in littlehorn is in thre you can kill good human to get a...a human ear and you will get 15 caps per ear you give him.
