Enter the ghost level (kill the ghosts in the castle courtyard to find that) Enter one of the doors on the right on the first floor (go up the stairs or wall bounce to the first floor if you haven't unlocked the stairs) and wall bounce all over the room till you notice a platform you can land on. Get on it and then look for a painting of Luigi. Jump into the painting to enter a new level. Reach the end of the level and defeat King Boo to obtain Luigi's key
