I know of two places.One on one of the platforms in San Fierro at the railway bridge and one in area 69 in the labs underneath ground level.Note:You can only access the underground lab in area 69 by doing the mission "Area 69" in the airstrip missions in the desert. Listen:i know how to get the machine gun in area 69 labs without the airstrip missions.First you need the freeway motorcycle that you can find at the big ear if you don't find it at the big ear there is a small village near the big ear .In that village search for the freeway motorcycle. Then go to the restricted area with the motorcycle.The gate door wont open so you will have to find the door to your right.Inside you will have to find something like a sewer gate.Drive the motorcycle really close to the sewer gate,then get off the motorcycle and your in the area 69 labs.
