How can you catch masprit on diamond?
After you have found Dialga (do not use the master ball because you will need it to catch masprit) at Sphere pillar go to the lake closes to your house the use surf or walk on the water to go to a cave masprit will be there, after you saw it follow it around the Senior region when you meet it use your master ball then you have you very own masprit!!! oh ya nice catching.

go to the lake in twinleaf town mesprit shold be there(later in the game)pres A rite in front of her/him and a pic of masprit will show up and mesprit flees wanting to play so you chace masprit to cach her/him and i think rown shows up
What do you do after you unlock marine resort?
just go there and do something i forgot... then i think there was this d-feating darkrai thing.. That is not completely true... you have to defeat Darkrai and after that u will have to sleep a few days wenn suddenly Chatot comes telling Manaphy returned and Manaphy will join ur team. After a few days of sleep Manaphy will tell u that he found the Marine Resort and you will get the location on the map. After getting the location u can evolve ur STARTER POKEMON!
