It is located up under the dash right next to the steering column in the cab. Open the door and you will find the brake fluid fill resivor on the very end of the dash. The door covers it when it is closed. Once you know where that is look under the dash and follow the brake fluid lines from the resivior to the master which is either on the left side of the steering column or the right depending on if it's a hydro-boost or vacuum booster style. Typically the NPR models have a vacuum booster and the larger GVW trucks like the NQR will run the hydro-boost due to the larger gross vehicle weight.
