You get it on mirage island by paciflog town but there's a small chance it will be there each day. The only pokemon on the island are wynaut.

You do not need any items. All you need is a very hard luck. The ID number of the first Pokémon in your party should match with the floating point number of the mirage island. If it matches, talk to the man in Pacifidlog. You can now travel to mirage island.

There is no "easiest way" just do the normal way. Normal way: Talk to the old man in Pacifidlog Town. Once he see's it go to route 130. Look for mirage island. Note: Mirage island is not that important it only has the rare Leichi Berries and in the grass all you will find is wild Wynat.

A lot of luck. The only way Mirage Island will show up in your game is if the randomly generated ID # for Mirage Island matches with the ID # of the first Pokemon in your party. You don't have to have a special Pokemon to get there. It takes a while, but mirage island will appear eventualy. The best way to tell is to visit the guy in pacifilog town who is looking out the window of his house, and he will tell you whether it's there or not. Good Luck!!
