"the dpd hub3 in located in Birmingham and it's the most advanced sorting hub in the UK sorting up to 45 000 parcels in one hour" Yes I went there today. Someone had taken down the sign above the door, "Abandon All Hope Ye Who Enter Here". Anyway. The centre is in Oldbury. Ignore all the DPD signs and trust your satnav as there are 2 depots quite close together. After about 40 minutes of desperate searching with deepening despair we finally found the wrong one and the security guard there was able to give me the correct postcode which is: B69 4BF The sorting hub is so 'advanced' that when we eventually got there at 18:45 the guy who came to the counter said the van was still out on rounds (although we had been told to pick up my package between 5 and 7). He could not get the driver to answer his phone so he went off to find his manager. Fortunately another guy came along whilst I was waiting, had a look at the screen and produced my parcel from a shelf below the counter. Still, it was nice to get out and about after having being stuck inside ALL day until I read their, 'We tried to deliver your order' email.
there is two ways to remove to hubs. the first is brut strength, pry at it with a flat hub bar or screwdriver. the other way is, look at the hub u will see a wire running around the hub, there is a spot on the hub that is flared where the hub meets the rim nearest the tire. find this spot put a wide flat screwdriver or hub bar in till it is past the hard wire running throught the rim and pry till it gives. then move around the rim and pry till the hub pops off
