You will find him in his comic book shop on Super Power Island. After he "helps" you catch Betty Jetty, the authorities erroneously give him the Island Medallion. Go to the store and you can trade him a hot dog for it.

∙ 10y agoNed Noodlehead is the nerdy owner of the Comic Book Store on Super Power Island. He is not very helpful, but is fascinated with the super heroes of the comics. He becomes an unlikely and unwanted sidekick at the end of the battle against Betty Jetty, and is suddenly a media hero. Ned Noodlehead gets the medallion, and the only way to get the medallion is to swap him a hot dog for it (from City Park).

If you keep clicking on the bell next to Ned Noodlehead, he'll say "I'm right here". After three times he says "WHAT DO YOU WANT!?" And finally, he says, "I seriously need to get rid of that thing." Perhaps he does deserve to share some aggravation. He gets the last laugh, though, as he shows up on Reality TV Island as a contestant.
