By definition, omnipresence means "present in all places at all times" (Merriam Webster definition)
The Bible does not ever use the term "omnipresence" nor does it reveal that God is omnipresent.
There are scriptures that refer to specific location where Jehovah God resides:
(1 Kings 8:49) you must also hear from the heavens, your established place of dwelling, their prayer and their request for favor, and you must execute judgment for them,
(John 16:28) I came out from the Father and have come into the world. Further, I am leaving the world and am going my way to the Father."
(Hebrews 9:24) For Christ entered, not into a holy place made with hands, which is a copy of the reality, but into heaven itself, now to appear before the person of God for us.
(Isaiah 66:1) This is what Jehovah has said: "The heavens are my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Where, then, is the house that YOU people can build for me, and where, then, is the place as a resting-place for me?"
Police omnipresence is basically the same thing as saying the police are present everywhere, at the same time. Police omnipresence is responsible for a decrease in crime.

more then one omnipresence is incomposible because an omnipresence includes all that exists..
Omnipresence is universal or unlimited presence which is not confined by space to a location. This is often seen as a characteristic of a deity.

Ezekiel 15-21 describes 4 wheels, each have a smaller wheel in their centers allowing movement in any/all directicions instantly - omnipresence. See related link below:
it means to be everywhere at the same time
God is above time. One of His three main attributes is 'omnipresence.'
The belief that god can be in all places at the same time. From 'omni-', which means all and 'present' a point in space/time.
air is not everywhere, only in a very thin shell over earth's surface
Omnipresence is important to God because unless he is with every person on earth at exactly the same time, he will not hear our prayers, making prayer pointless. The early Jewish portray of God was that he was not omnipresent, so could only be worshipped in the Jerusalem temple, where he resided in the Holy of Holies, having previously been carried there on the Ark of the Covenant.
Because unlike God, demons do not have the OMNIPRESENCE attribute. They cannot be in two locations at the same time.
