Once you have beaten Blaine and gotten your 7th gym badge, as you exit his gym BILL will meet you and ask you to come with him to one island. After you go once, you can go back whenever you want. All you have to do to come back is go to vermillion city and go to where the SS Anne was, and now there will be a ship that takes you to one two three and four island

∙ 13y agoone island is in the sevii islands. You can't surf or fly to it, you have to take a boat. The first ime, Bill will give you a ride there on his personal boat. Then he'll give you a Tri pass to get to One , 2 or 3 Island from Vemilion's harbor.. Later itll be upgraded to a rainbow pass for all seven islands.
