Safari Zone I found mine in the patch of grass when you first walk in. Sometimes it can take a while, so be patient.
Here is a tip, if you just tap on the D-pad to change directions, but not take an actual step, you can spend more time in the Safari Zone. Changing directions will still encounter a wild pokemon, but it won't count as a step.
