If you mean the "Pal Park" in Pokemon Pearl then I know.I cant exactly say but I can tell you how to get there. First you have to go to Sandgem Town. Then you go to the beach and swim. You are then just going to follow the trail till you get to the ground again. when you get there just go strait til you get to a building. That is the "Pal Park".
