There is no way to tell exactly who has looked at your profile, just the total number of views, which is beside your pic.
No. Everyone has a certain number of page views, but they can't find out who looks at their profile...unless they have a MySpace tracker.
For MySpace it should count once a day for that person to view your profile. They can view it over and over, but it'll count for that day. The next day they view it, it'll count for one. But you can't keep viewing someone's it won't repeatedly keep on adding to your Profile Views.
