The Puzzle number 133, Finish the Equation starts by saying that the Puzzle master's house is now unlocked, must have solved 132 puzzles. You tap a house to go inside. [Your question ( which has now been made an alternate question ) says that the house is still unlocked and you have completed every puzzle. That means including Puzzle number 135 and Professor Layton has come on and said it seems that will this you have completed every puzzle in the game. Congratulations. I would suggest if the puzzle Master's house is Locked and you want it to unlock that you made the same kind of mistake and didn't solve every puzzle only found every one.] The puzzle master's house is the last of Layton's challenges and all the other puzzles in Layton's challenges must be completed along with any in Granny Riddleton's shack or in there original locations before it will unlock. The game's puzzle index only shows those games that have been found, so if the last puzzle in the index is number 132, this doesn't mean necessarily that you have found and solved 132 puzzles. Open the trunk and look at the left side of the top screen to see exactly how many you've both found and solved. If the trunk shows that you have solved less that than 132 puzzles, look very carefully through the game's puzzle index to find the missing puzzle number. Importantly, when you select the save slot to load, this needs to show 132/132 before the puzzle master's house will unlock.
The puzzles are unlocked by doing different things with the objects you obtained solving puzzles at different houses and finally solving puzzles 1 through 132 will open puzzles 133, 134, & 135 at the puzzle Master's house. The inventor's house has puzzles 121,122, & 123. Gather all the gizmo pieces to unlock the puzzles The Decorator's house has puzzles 124, 125, & 126. You must place furniture in the rooms of Luke and Professor Layton and they will become happy and unlock a few puzzles. The Art Lover's house has puzzles 127, 128, & 129. Gather all the painting pieces then solve the jigsaw puzzle using the painting pieces to unlock the puzzles. The Golden Apple's house has puzzle 130, 131, & 132 Complete the game to unlock the puzzles. The puzzle master's house will unlock puzzles 133, 134, & 135 when you complete all the puzzles. I have added some questions under related questions to assist you in solving the different puzzles. The answer to Puzzle number 5 contains all the information provided above and much more to help you play Professor Layton.
