A 1994 Saturn SC may not even have a radiator drainplug. In order to find out if the 94 Saturn does have a radiator drainplug, a person can take off the lower hose to see, or look in the car's manuel.

Ya just drain it and fill it up with new antifreeze. there should be a drainplug you can just twist at the bottom corner of your radiator facing the engine. may want to rinse it with water, you can just run water straight through. just remember to fill it with antifreeze.

The lower radiator hose goes from the bottom of the radiator to the engine block. On the engine side there will be a neck that comes off the block and the radiator hose is attached too it. Inside that neck is the thermostat and it can be replaced as a whole unit (the housing neck) or just the thermostat can be removed and replaced.

I have not actually changed the radiator fluid on my Contour but I know you will have to remove the bolts that hold the splashboard on and remove the splashboard before you can see the radiator drainplug.
