The Bone Marrow is found within the "long bones" of the body. These bones are the two thigh bones or femurs and the two upper arm bones, each one being called a humerus. It is also found in the pelvis beneath the hips area where the pelvis is largest. These bones are responsible for manufacturing our red blood cells.
