Rockhoppers puffle is in the Night Club boiler room in side the mop box next to the tool box, you cant pick the puffle up or play with it but if you touch it it will spin around and do a flip.
Its a red puffle named Yarr by Rockhopper because when Rockhopper first found it every time Rockhopper said Yarr the puffle would jump on shoulder and cuddle up to his face.
