To find rock hoppers ship you have to go inside of the lighthouse and hit the sign that says "to the top". Next you have to click on the telescope and look to see if there is a ship in the water. Then you have to go down outside of the lighthouse and see if a ship is there if there isn't a ship there that means you will have to wait a while for that ship to come forward.
