Where is the speed sensor on 1998 eagle talon 5 speed
its on your valve cover. Passenger side.
The crank positioning sensor is located on the opposite side of the block as the timing belt.
The IAT (Intake Air Temp Sensor) you are looking for is located in the Air Flow Sensor which is located at the end of the rubber intake pipe.
check your speedometer sensor located back left of engine bay on top of the transmission
Look right underneath the coolant hose where the radiator cap is. It should be located there.
The 1994 eagle talon tsi has 180 hp for the auto.. and 195 for the 5 speed versions
the crankshaft position sensor is located between the main pulley and oil pump pulley in the lower part of the timing belt.
It's on the intake manifold.
What happens with the speedometer is that the speed sensr wares down and has to be replaced. The speed sensor is located to the back of the engine. Take the clip off, then take a 10mm socket and take the bolt holding the speed sensor to the engine off. Then replace the sensor with a new one bolt it into place. Put the clip back on and it should work. The speed sensor is one of the main reasons why it doesnt work.
