when you fly to lilycove or when you get there, go up the stairs that are by the Pokemon center keep going right until you see the guy in the brown suit.then jump those 2 cliffs go by the house.go down the stairs,and keep going up to those rocks that block your way then go to the right 'til you hit that rock then you should see it.
