011 is not a country code. For one thing, country codes never begin with zero.

011 is not a country code, it is the international dialing prefix for calls originating in North America (USA, Canada, etc.). To place an international call from North America, dial 011 followed by the country code, city code (if applicable), and subscriber number. For example, to call France (country code +33) from North America, you dial 011-33.

There are several countries that use 011 as a domestic area code. For example, in South Africa, 010 and 011 are the area codes for Johannesburg. In India, 011 is the area code for New Delhi. In Argentina, area code 011 is Buenos Aires.

011 is the international outbound dialing code for the USA, Caribbean and Canada.

+1 is the inbound country code for the same area.

However, 011 1 is an invalid code. Within North America, just dial 1+area+number. Outside North America, dial your international outbound dialing prefix, followed by country code +1.

The nearest possibly valid code would be 0011 1, which is the dialing prefix for North America when calling from Australia.

(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. The most common prefix is 00, but North America (USA, Canada, etc.) uses 011, Japan uses 010, Australia uses 0011, and many other countries use different prefixes.)

Country code +1 is North America (USA, Canada, etc.), but there are no area codes beginning with 1.

invalid code Country code +1 is North America (USA, Canada, and some Caribbean/nearby islands), but there are no valid numbers beginning with +1 1.

011 is the international access prefix for outbound calls originating from North America. For example, Tanzania's country code +255 is dialed as 011 255 from North America.

(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. There is no telephone country code 0114, nor +114. First of all, telephone country codes never begin with zero. There is a country code +1 (North America, including the USA, Canada, and various islands in or near the Caribbean), but no valid numbers beginning with +1 1.

0114 is the dialling code for Sheffield, England, as dialed within the UK. In international format, it's +44 114.

011 is also the international access prefix for outbound calls from North America, so 011-4 could be the beginning of a number somewhere in Europe, as dialed from North America. You need one or two more digits to determine the specific country; for example, +41 is Switzerland and +423 is Liechtenstein.
