you use the bow tie and go ontop of all the buildings until you find the one were it says

that you can go onto the roof top, then put on your comilion suit and go up with your bow

tie, and then once the bad agent does not notice you go diagonal left and swing onto the

big tall thing then go left with the bow tie and enter the vent. you will find a cherry bomb

on a tree, click it and move it around until it is all the way up the bounce flowers, and on

the top where the agent in a cage is, if the bomb did not already explode then push it to

the cage and let it explode and then you have freed the agent.
