The fourth piece is in the sneevil box fort mission go all the way to the top where there's a room where you need a password and a secret knock, when you go in there, there will be three sneevil and in that room will be the fourth quad piece

Easy. It IS in the box fort. It's in the part of the tree after you get the password and secret knock. you have to look carefully but it's somewhere on that floor behind the door or it's on the next floor.

go to robina, head east, head south, u will seee zorbak, continue south, there should be a sign reading "mill"The Quad Force piece you were sent to the mill to get is the tiny square next to the lone grey monster. It's fairly easy to miss.
