the brake light switch is an air over elec. switch located in an air block on the floor behind steering shaft
Stuck brake light switch, or a short to power somewhere in the brake light circuit.
The turn signal flasher relay switch, on a Peterbilt 379, is located under the dashboard. The relay simply plugs in.
Short to power in the brake light circuit. Most likely, the fault is in the switch itself.
I'm not sure if they are all the same but my 379 has the switch built into the air dump switch in the dash
The flasher unit is integral to the switch.
Should be a panel behind the pedals. Fuses and relays are in there.
It might be the switch itself.
I have a 2006 peterbilt 379 with a c -13 there is a cat service bulletins on heads cracking i know this as i had to due my motor in Sept 09 for a cost of 32 000.
