To remove the center consol. First remove the radio. (flip up tabs at the sides, undo the screws - think this is a trox screw - the pull the radio forwards and out.) Now unclip/prise off the gearstick gator from the dash board (has 3 tabs, two top and one bottom). This should review the 2 screws next to the grear stick that hold on the center pannel. Remove those screws then unclip the pannel form the bottom first then form the top. It should now come away freely giving access the the wiring behind. Remove the faulty bulb and take it to your local auto parts shop and say "Can I have one of these please." Probably cost you about 1. Refit is reverse of removal Hope this helps Gordon
To reset the speedometer on a Citroën Xsara, first, turn the ignition key to the "ON" position without starting the engine. Then, press and hold the trip odometer reset button (usually located on the dashboard) until the display resets to zero. This process typically clears the trip distance and may reset the speedometer reading, but the regular odometer remains unaffected. If the speedometer isn't functioning correctly, it may require further diagnostic checks.
