The French Laundry historical building is located in Yountville, California in the Napa Valley region. Originally built as a saloon in the 1900s it later was converted into a French Steam Laundry business in the 1920s. In 1978 the building was renovated to become a restaurant. Current owner and head chef Thomas Keller creates prix fixe meals daily.
