A 95 did not have IAT sensor
I have the same problem on my Mitsubishi Eclipse RS 1995. Seems to be a problem in Map sensor. I was also told it might be the ECU
A 95 does not have a idle air tempture sensor, It was not used on that year, no need for one.

The IAT for the Toyota 4 Runner is located with the vafm wiring. The sensor should be located there, as well.?æ

Yes it can. I own a 95 eclipse and have put a 97 front bumper on it. It is slightly lower to the ground but fits great! it wont fit my eclipse and its a 95
