The IAT sensor on a Tundra is on top of the air box. It is a small bolt on sensor with one wiring connector.
The intake air temp. sensor or IAT is part of the mass airflow (MAF) sensor. If you remove the MAF sensor, you can see a 3-4 mm ball on the end of 2 wires. That is the IAT sensor. On a 2000 tundra it is the yellow/green and green/white wires. which on a wiring schematic is the tha and e2 terminal. hope that helps
