They are located under the hood on the passenger side fuse box, labeled "H/L LH" and "H/L RH".
under the hood ,driver side.

There are two fuse boxes on a 2001 Mazda tribute. One is in the engine compartment just behind the battery above the drivers wheel fender. The other is on the left wall near the floor forward of the drivers door down where the drivers feet rest.
Hi....this has happened to me a couple of times and it's in the fuse box that's located under the hood - not the 'normal' fuse box under the dash.
Look for an auxiliary fuse or it may be controlled by the radio fuse.

One is located to the right side of the engine (when facing the rear of the car) in a box under the hood, and the other is located next to where your left leg would be when you are sitting in the driver's seat. There is a plastic panel cover that should be removed to expose each of the fuse boxes.
The AC relay on a 2001 Mazda Miata is under the hood. It is in the fuse box on the passenger side of the engine compartment.
There is no dedicated fuse for the light.
