depends what mansion ur talking about. is it the old chateau?
if it is, its located in eterna forest. probably near the exit of it where theres 3 trees that you are able to cut down and after, theres the mansion :) good luck finding the secrets there :P
Another mansion is probably the one from route 212 south of hearthome. travel down hearthome and make your way thru down. its the huge mansion on the left you can miss it. only a retard with magikarp could miss it. Hope it helped!
