Impossible to say without knowing where you are currently but generally any expensive or sizeable store that sells Bras also does measuring (e.g la senza) just go in and ask for help from one of the female staff; ou don't actually have to buy anything just say i need time to think or make a pretence of doing so by wandering round a bit if it makes you happier.
