behind the motor about dead center usually a white cylindrical plug almost. it will be right behind the plastic cover
Typically the O2 sensor is located at the back of the engine, follow the exhaust manifold and it should be attached somewhere near it
The O2 sensors on a 2000 Pontiac Bonneville are typically located in two main areas: one is positioned in the exhaust manifold, before the catalytic converter (upstream O2 sensor), and the other is located after the catalytic converter (downstream O2 sensor). To access them, you may need to raise the vehicle for better visibility and reach, especially for the upstream sensor. Always ensure the engine is cool and take necessary safety precautions when working on the vehicle.
There are at least 2 in the exhaust near the engine. There are at least 2 in the exhaust near the engine.
You can not.
The upstream O2 sensor is mounted in the ehxaust manifold The downstream O2 sensor is mounted in the exhaust pipe after the catalytic converter
It depends on which o2 sensor.

Hey, I got a 91' firebird 305 tbi that had the same exact problem...it's your speed sensor or O2 sensor....(or both)
Im the exhaust pipe.
Look in the driver side exhaust manifold.
