Are you sure it has a fixed orifice tube system? Most heavy duty trucks use a Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) system. In both systems, the metering device (orifice tube or TXV) is located between the condenser outlet and the evaporator inlet.
The orifice tube is located on the inlet port or the primary evaporator on the passenger side of the firewall. It is nearly hidden behind/between the heater vertical hoses.
It slides into the end of the tube on the condenser.
It's located on a vertical aluminum tube on the firewall. Between the junction of two lines.
orfice is located under brake booster
In the air tube just after air filter.
behind passenger side fender close to door
It is located in the metal line between the condensor and evaporator. Look for a small crimp in the line.
On a 2000 Durango V8 the PCV is located on the side of the oil fill tube under the cap
First Tube was created in 2000.
The air conditioner drain condensate tube is located under the hood by the heater core . Remove the tube and clean the adapter, it may have picked up road debris.
this is NOT the mass air flow sensor but this is a 20 second fix, it is located on the tube between the air filter box and engine on the firewall side of the tube
