Just log in in the d-link router wireless go in DHCP server setting and choose disable after that apply and restart if necessary. It's a little bit problematic to put correct static ip addresses. The idea is static ip-address in d-link router wireless should be in the same subnetwork with linksys router but it should not have the same ip address.
