Actually, the PCM in all S-Series saturns are located under the removable dash pannel located on the top side of your dashboard, in the driver's side corner just behind the instrument cluster. its secured by a 10mm bolt. the wires on the PCM are long enough to allow you to "drop" the PCM through the dashboard, and onto the driver side floor.
