If you look on the underside of the hood you'll find an vehicle emission control information diagram. It'll show you the location of the PCV valve. On my dad's 2000 chrylser 300m (it is located at the back side of the intake manifold amd it's easily accessible. I wouldn't expect it to be different for a 2001 model year. Hope this helps.
