He is running around you have to find him he could be anywhere. this is what i did: i went west of ecruteak town and theres grass run around there for several minutes it should take youabout 40 minutes or 1 hour an entei,scicune, or rakiou should apear works for me all the time

∙ 13y agoYou should just see its face on a route in your Pokegear. It might take sometime to capture it as it usually runs away from you (in battle and changing the route its on).

∙ 14y agoAfter you beat the game, it will become a roaming pokemon. It will run after the first turn, I suggest using the masterball or using a strong wobbufett.
