How can you find sandalwood on sims2 castaway?

Sandalwood - you need to have a metal axe to harvest sandalwood. If you don't have one then the option to Chop Sandalwood won't appear when you walk up to the trees. Sandalwood trees are mostly found in Geyser Plains and Volcano Jungle.

As far as i know there are only two sandalwood trees, both on the volcano island. One by the three hot springs in the volcano overlook, and one near the entrance to the temple interior geyser plains.

everywhere. you have to have a certain kind of axe, metal I believe, for your sim to notice it. You needed a better axe to get hardwood, and now you need an even better one to make sandalwood. I think you have to craft it at the forge in the temple.

you must have the metal axe first and when you get to the 3rd island thare are sandlewood trees in gyser plains.thares only a couple of them so use it wisley unless you have the cheat to max resources.

you need the metal axe to get the sandalwood, there is one sandalwood tree on the Volcanoe lookout and there are a couple in the volcanoe jungle

You first need the rright tools to harvest this. You need a hammer i think but you can get sandalwood all over the third island.
