Under the drivers side kick panel.
It should be right under the dash on the driver's side. Usually a round, silver-looking thing that simply unplugs... then plug in a new one.

No they are not. The hazard flasher should be located in the fuse panal. While the turn signal flasher is located behind the dash near the AC controls. Can be a pain to find and replace.
The flasher is under the driver side . Take bottom plastic panel above gas peddle off. It will be on the right side above the gas peddle.
